Download Ultrasn0w 1.2.8 and follow instructions:

The developer of Ultrasn0w has updated his famous unlock tool to version 1.2.8 and they tweeted from their tweet account. This new version is compatible with iOS 6.1/6.1.2 and 6.1.3

Ultrasn0w not supporting any new basebands and this new version is also supporting old basebands. See below list for support device and compatible basebands.

How to unlock support device with Ultrasn0w

First, you have to download snowbreeze latest version. Click here to download

Now run Cydia

Go to Mange and then click to Sources.

Now go to “Edit” and click “Add”. Now you can see pop-up box is appearing. On this pop-up box you can enter Source by manually.

Enter this Source http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com

Now click on “Add Source” and click “Return to Cydia”

Then search for “Ultrasn0w”, once it found install it.

Now your iPhone 4 / iPhone 3GS will start unlocking method.

Once it finish, you have to reboot your device.

Now your iPhone is unlocked and now it can use any other carrier.
